In the following document we will dive deeper into proposals for building a feminist perspective for organizational transformation, towards non-patriarchal models. To do so, we will get to know some fundamental ideas and concepts.

In order to work with organizations in incorporating a gender perspective into their formal and non-formal structure, we will work in 3 dimensions:
