Oncethe GATE process has started in an organization, and the questionnaire for establishing the Starting Point was sent (and people answered it) it is necessary to analyze the results. With this information, the next optional step is to prepare for an interview with a smaller group of the entity that may be coordinating this process, in order to ask more specific questions about the formal and informal structures, the processes in the organization, and the dynamics between the people.
