GATE process I

This project was born in 2020, when we started the first part of GATE process.

The GATE Process (Gender Awareness and Transformation for Equality) is an international European cooperation project aimed at promoting the incorporation of a gender perspective at two levels: organizational transformation (oriented towards equal functioning) and non-formal education (for equality and awareness of the gender system).

This first phase of the project, based on feminist principles, has developed various approaches to practically address the transformation of our relationships and spaces towards gender equality.

We believe it is essential to create safer and more accessible spaces to address this topic within our groups, families, organizations, and collectives.
